This 60-minute session takes the athlete through various plyometric drills to emphasize and train the muscles to be responsive and explosive. This ultimately helps the athlete's quickness during sprinting and change of direction types of movements. We will emphasize proper form and technique to ensure safety and prevent injuries while targeting specific muscles for strengthening.

Wear weather approropriate clothing, training shoes (cleats or track spikes if desired), and bring at least 16 oz of water.
