  • SPEED DEVELOPMENT

    Athletes will learn the fundamentals and techniques of sprint mechanics across three phases: acceleration (drive phase), max velocity (maintenance phase), and deceleration (fatigue phase). The objective is to move from unconcious incorrect mechanics to learned, unconcious correct mechanics (muscle memory) with efficient movements.

  • SPORT-SPECIFIC AGILITY

    Athletes will incorporate tools and techniques to master change of direction explosion in ways that mirror traditional movements required by their primary sport of choice. This enables quick implementation to game-ready environments.

  • PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENTS

    Assessments will be conducted periodically to gauge the athlete's performance improvements and the areas to focus. Every athlete new to Find My Fast will begin with a Baseline Performance Assessment (BPA) measuring speed, force, velocity, and agility through various tests and metrics.
